The Univex 1000903 Pusher Assembly VS9 directs the ingredients into the cutting mechanism which ensures a steady flow of ingredients throughout the operation. It is clamped onto compatible food processing units, and the materials are evenly spread over the blade assembly. It is designed to fit directly into the feed chute of the machine and place ingredients in a way that they can be processed without causing any damage to the internal components. This plate is attached to the entry point of the processor and it is the first point of contact of the items being processed.
