The Zurn PN400-5B-GRID Drain cover 5 It is a replacement PN400 drainage system piece to cover a floor drain and ensure there is adequate flow of water in commercial and institutional plumbing. It has a grid structure that enables water and waste to flow through but does not permit big debris to get into the drain line and create clogs. This cover is installed on top of a 5-inch drain hole in the kitchens, restrooms, utility rooms or other wet places where water is likely to be deposited, with the drain body, to enable effective drainage.
