The Blodgett 41883 Tilting Kettle Power Switch provides as the primary electrical control for the circuit, allowing the user to start or interrupt power to connected components in commercial equipment. This DPST switch uses four 1/4-inch tab terminals and carries a 6A rating at 250 VAC. When switched on, its internal contacts close across two poles to complete the electrical circuits. When switched off, the contacts open to stop current flow. The switch is placed in the tilting kettle’s control panel and connects to the unit’s wiring harness through the tab terminals.
