The Cleveland 07173 Convection Steamer 2-1/2 0-30 PSI is a mechanical dial pressure gauge for use in commercial cooking systems. It has a 2-1/2" face with a calibrated scale from 0 to 30 PSI, so that the pressure inside the steam chamber can be seen during operation. The gauge is designed to sense changes in the system's pressure and display the reading on the dial. It operates in the monitoring system of the steamer and provides an immediate reading of the pressure condition to ensure the proper control of the steamer and to ensure consistent steam production during cooking cycles.
