The Blodgett R11210 Pressure Regulator is an adjustable pressure control unit that is used to stabilise fluid or gas pressure in compatible combi ovens and steam cooking systems. It controls the pressure entering the downstream to a regulated downstream pressure with an internal diaphragm and spring-loaded system, which maintains a constant delivery under varying supply conditions. It is set up with threaded connections and an inbuilt pressure gauge (0-100 PSI) to measure and regulate system pressure. Being a part of the pressure control circuit, it helps to maintain safe operation, protect downstream components, and provide stable thermal performance.
