The Cleveland 101467 Convection Steamer Probe Extension Set is a replacement part for commercial systems. It can extend the water level sensing probe to effectively sense and control the water level inside the boiler tank. When used, the extensions are attached to the probe assembly in steam equipment, and the control system can use their fill level to actuate fill or shut-off operations as necessary. The set is embedded within the boiler vessel and included in the water level safety and control unit, and contributing to the proper operation of heating cycles and avoiding low water conditions in commercial kitchens and steam-cooking applications.
