The Winston Products PS2051 Holding Cabinet Circulating Fan Motor kit 120 V works by activating the internal fan in order to circulate the air in the holding cabinet to ensure that the conditions are consistent with the stored food. It is directly connected to the electrical system of the cabinet and operates on the standard 120 V power, making the fan blades move to maintain the constant air flow. This motor is made to fit into the cabinet fan assembly, to replace the original part, or as a maintenance upgrade, and is mounted in such a manner that it fits the airflow path to circulate better inside the cabinet.
