The Pitco PT60131007 Right Hand Drain Valve is fluid control valve for use in compatible commercial fryers. Featuring a large 1-1/4" x 3-3/4" orifice it allows for controlled drainage of fryer oil from the tank for cleaning, filtering or replacement. It is mounted on the right side of the fryer connecting to the drain system and is used to open or close the oil flow. The valve is typically found in commercial kitchens that need frequent oil changes. It is part of the fryer drainage assembly that assists in the secure disposal of hot oil facilitate cleaning processes and assists in maintaining the fryer.
