The Pitco PTA6667103 Fryer Envelope Filter is a high capacity filter has dimensions of 14-3/8” x 20-1/2”. It works by capture the food particles and debris before allowing them to circulate back to the oil to enable it to improve the ability of the oil in retaining its quality for an extended period. This is very useful in the large production facilities where there is always a need to filter the oil to increase the quality of the fried foods and to minimize the frequency at which new oil is purchased. Further, the filter will also help to control the clogging of the fryer and over-heating.
