The Pitco PTB1100501 Retro Fit Basket Hanger SG14 is a replacement kit that is compatible with other commercial models. The kit is installed or updated to the basket hanger assembly, which supports the fryer baskets when cooking and draining. The hanger is used in restaurant and foodservice kitchens to place the baskets over the fryer vat to enable the excess oil to drain back into the unit after frying. The kit also holds the basket in place and facilitates the workflow when frying is in progress as part of the basket support system of the fryer.
