The Pitco PTP6071062 Fryer Swivel Plate Caster 2 inch DIA is a replacement part that fits the compatible commercial systems. It allows the fryer can be pivoted and rolled during repositioning. The caster is fitted on the base of the fryer and is attached to the support frame in order to assist with the controlled movement and balance when not in motion. The position of the system facilitates cleaning and servicing and does not interfere with the fryer alignment. The caster is normally applied in commercial situations where movement of equipment frequently needs to be carried out to maintain and arrange the workspace.
