The Pitco PTPP10606 Fryer Oil Filter is a disposable flat filter paper for compatible commercial systems. It is used to collect fine food particles and carbonised cooking oil debris from used cooking oil, to maintain oil clarity and provide stable frying performance. They are supplied in 100-packs of 17 1/2" x 28" to replace regularly during filtration cycles. The filter is located in the filter pan or portable filtration unit within the fryer and oil is filtered as it flows back to the frypot. It is frequently found in commercial kitchens like restaurants, fast food and institutional foods in the fryer system.
