The Hatco R02-21-022-00 Ignition Module produces a controlled electrical spark to ignite gas by delivering high voltage pulse to the igniter when a request for heat is activated. It also keeps track of ignition sequence and synchronize with the gas valve to maintain the correct timing between the generation of spark and the flow of fuel. This element is generally mounted in commercial foodservice equipment and is placed close to the burner assembly to be integrated with the ignition system. It is connected to sensors and wiring harnesses to control ignition cycle and ensure uniform operation in the heating processes.
