The Montague R41 Safety Valve 3/8" is a gas control safety part for use in compatible cooking equipment. It does this by sensing operating conditions and regulating gas flow to the burner system to prevent further gas flow if safe operating conditions are not maintained. The valve is a protective component that is installed in the gas supply line of the system and is placed between the gas source and the burner assembly. It is part of the system to ensure secure operation of the equipment and to assist with maintaining the correct gas control for commercial cooking systems.
