The Nemco 55359-P3 Cheese Block Cutter Wire is a replacement cutting element that is compatible with the slicers. It gives a fine and tensioned wire that cuts through blocks of cheese and other semi-firm foods cleanly by a consistent pressure as the food is pulled through the cutter frame.
