The Imperial 1107 Thermostat Dial 2" DIA that controls the heating component of a range by adjusting the mechanical control and controlling the temperature to a preferred level. It runs by rotating the dial to match temperature markings, which also translates to the internal thermostat to regulate the amount of heat being emitted. The dial is intended to be mounted directly on the front panel, and will be a convenient and easy to understand interface to control temperature during cooking.
