Dean S1038 Hot Oil Filter Sheets are used in fryers MF-90, MF-90A and MF-90U to ensure that the oil is filtered and the life of the frying oil is increased. These unpowdered, 44# sheets are 16-3/8” x 18-3/8” and are available in a pack of 100 sheets. The sheets are also useful for filtering out the impurities, carbon, and food particles to produce cleaner oil and therefore aid in producing foods with even browning.
