The Pitco 60139001 Safety Valve is a pressure relief part used in compatible commercial fryers that use natural gas or liquid propane. It operates automatically to relieve excess pressure in the system to avoid unsecure operating conditions. The dual-Operates design supports both natural gas and LP design, and the 1/2-inch FPT connection enables it to be connected to the gas line of the fryer. The valve is 4-1/4 inches long and is fitted in the gas supply system where it checks the pressure and makes the appliance operate.
