The Lang LG41100-13 Temperature Sensor is a replacement part that is fitted in commercial cooking equipment to detect the heat of the interior when it is in use. It is in compatible appliances and records the temperature variations in the unit and transmits the same to the system to respond accordingly when it is used. It is placed in a special sensing position whereby precise measurements are needed to maintain a steady cooking performance. This is used in conjunction with other internal components and is usually changed during repairs in order to correct faulty readings or to restore the equipment to normal working conditions.
