The Nemco 55156 Slicer Shaft Lock Assembly is a replacement mechanical part to fit in compatible food slicers to hold and stabilize the rotating shaft of the slicer during use. It is mounted on the internal structure of the slicer, and it interlocks with the shaft to avoid undesirable motion and retain the positioning of the structure under load.
