The Southbend SOU1166079 Range Thermostat Dial 175°F - 500°F is for use in compatible commercial ranges for accurate thermostat setting, and is a range thermostat temperature selection dial rated at 175°F to 500°F. It attaches to specified thermostat main column and is positioned in alignment with the marks on the control panel for easy temperature setting while cooking. The dial is able to be rotated smoothly by hand to select the desired heat setting while still being able to indicate the thermostat position. It connects with compatible range models and is used when it's essential to get the right temperature for the right cooking results.
