The Worcester Industrial SS611 Fryer Oil Transporter is used the liquid cooking oil by pumping it into a closed tank and pumping it out through hoses and fittings. The transfer is controlled by valves and a closed lid that regulates the splash and exposure, and regulates intake and discharge. The unit is placed on the floor of commercial kitchens, prep areas, or service corridors close to fryers and storage drums to move over a short distance. It is made of stainless steel parts that allow the handling of hot or cooled oil, and ports for loading, transportation, and dispensing.
