The Star Mfg 2U30200-35 Gas Full Size Motor works by producing mechanical rotation using an energized electric winding that rotates a fan or blower attached to it. When voltage is applied, the internal rotor turns to allow the air to be moved all over the unit. This motor is installed in the internal service compartment of gas cooking equipment, and it is fixed on a mounting bracket close to the airflow system. It communicates with switches and wiring harnesses in order to work when heating is on. The assembly helps in the circulation of air among burners and heat exchangers to sustain the conditions of operation.
