The Bakers Pride T1328X Cast Iron radiant is used to control and distribute the heat produced by gas burners in compatible cooking systems. It measures 22-1/2-inch long and is placed above the burner assembly absorbing and radiating heat evenly throughout the cooking surface. This radiant assists in stabilising the temperature output as well as assisting in consistent cooking results. Replacement of the radiant provides a proper thermal allocation, aids in the correct operation of the burner, and assists in maintaining stable operating conditions when the radiant is utilized in a commercial kitchen.
