The Randell TB3-03 Burner 16 CI is a cast iron burner component designed to generate heat for commercial cooking equipment. It installs beneath the cooking surface where it receives gas from the appliance’s burner supply system. When gas reaches the burner and ignition occurs the burner ports distribute the flame across the heating area to transfer heat to cookware positioned above. The burner works with the gas valve and ignition system to provide controlled combustion during operation. This component is used in compatible cooking equipment where a replacement burner is required to restore the appliance’s heating operation.
