The TurboChef TBCENC3002 Oven Bottom Heating Element Service Kit is a combination of a heating element assembly that produce and transfers heat at the base of the oven by mean of controlled electrical resistance allowing the lower chamber to produce a uniform thermal output. It works by transforming electrical energy into heat using resistive coils and ensures that the temperature response remains constant throughout cooking operations and that the heat distribution inside the oven cavity is evenly distributed throughout the working without any variation in output levels. It is fitted in the bottom heating compartment of ovens to distribute heat over the bottom area.
