The Lang LG40101-19 Electric Griddle Temperature Control Board is a spare component that is used in compatible commercial systems to monitor the cooking temperature. It receives information from the thermal sensing elements, and switches power to the heating components to keep the thermostat at the set point. It is mounted inside the equipment control housing and communicates with the switches, indicators and internal wiring to regulate heat. It is the main interface in the appliance system which is responsible for the accuracy of food preparation and stable heat control in repeated cycles.
