The Montague 3367-7 Thermostat BJWA is an electromechanical temperature controller that is used to regulate and manage heating cycles in commercial cooking equipment. It has a calibrated sensing element that has electrical contact terminals that are compatible with BJWA series appliances. This thermostat is mounted in the control compartment or close to the heating assembly and mounted on mounting points and attached to the electrical circuitry. It will sense a change in temperature and open or close contacts to control heating components. The component is connected to the control system of the appliance, has consistent thermal monitoring, and has proper coordination.
