The Anets P8903-37 Thermostat Gas Snap Action operates the gas circuit open, or closed based on temperature variations. It works by unlocking its snap-action feature as the temperature being sensed gets to the set point to regulate the flow of gas to maintain a steady heat level. This thermostat is mounted in the gas control assembly of compatible equipment that is connected to the gas line and mounting points as per the instructions. It provides adequate regulation of temperature, stable operation of the burner and controlled performance in commercial gas cooking equipment.
