The Star Mfg 2T-30402-07 Thermostat is a temperature regulator that is used in Oven appliances and it works between 100°F and 550°F. It comes with a 48-inch capillary tube and a bulb of an 11-3/8” x 3/16” size that makes it easy to control the temperature of the Star griddle models. This thermostat assists in enhancing the efficiency of cooking by maintaining the appropriate temperatures which are desirable for an excellent result of cooking. Due to its durability that allows it to be useful in kitchens where there are many users, it can be used in restaurants and caterers.
