The Vulcan Hart 00-419999-00003 Thermostat (T'STAT-TC125) functions as a temperature controller for cooking units which includes Vulcan Pasta Cooker models GPC12, GPC12S, GPC16, and GPC16S. This Thermostat functions between 150°F and 225°F with a 5/16" x 4" bulb and 36" capillary and 3/8" stuff box. The vertical bracket construction allows this thermostat to maintain heating precision which produces enhanced performance results during cooking operations. This part installs with two secure screws and operates without a built-in dial yet it accepts optional dial 357263-2 to set OFF-BROIL-SIMMER modes.
