The Montague 11810-9 Thermostat Kit BJWA is a temperature control system that is a mechanical capillary and bulb sensing system. It has a sensing bulb of 3/16" diameter, 11 inch immersion length and 36 inch capillary tubing to use in remote temperature sensing. The system transforms thermal variations into mechanical actuation to regulate gas valve modulation and to stabilize set-point temperature. It is intended to be installed in commercial cooking systems and allows maintaining a steady thermal conditions in the conditions of high operating temperatures. The assembly is designed to be accurate in continuous-duty use in commercial kitchens.
