The Star Mfg 2T-45917 Thermostat is a high-quality temperature control element for equipment, it has a 3/16” x 12” capillary tube and a 42” sensing bulb. It works by detecting the temperatures of its interior and the Oven cooking chamber and regulating the electrical heating components to realize standard temperatures in the cooking chamber. It is economical for use in the kitchen to regulate standard cooking temperature and to preserve the quality of food besides averting overheating. It is widely applied in griddles and warmers, thus being critically important for restaurants and other food service establishments.
