The Anets P8901-71 Fryer Thermostat is a sensing and regulating apparatus for use in systems for controlling the heating of the oil during the cooking operation. It is mounted inside the unit assembly, with the probe that monitors the oil temperature and sends a signal to the heating regulation system. This has a KX175 configuration that operates within a range of 175°F to 375°F for use with specific applications. It can be used in conjunction with the connected electrical and heating units in commercial fryers. Replacement is generally carried out during maintenance when temperature accuracy response is not consistent when using the commercial kitchen.
