The Star Mfg 2T-30133 Fryer Thermostat is a temperature control unit that is used to control the oil heat in the fryer used in a commercial systems. It has a sensing bulb measuring 3/8-inch by 5-3/4-inch that measures the temperature of oil in the fry pot and controls the heating cycle to keep the settings between 200F and 375F.
