The BKI (Barbeque King) TO109 Oven Control Board with 12 terminals is a commercial oven system electrical control board. It is used to process operational instructions and feed signals to the various heating, and control parts connected to it all over the system. This board is designed for use in the control section of compatible ovens found in foodservice kitchens and commercial cooking systems. It performs the role of assisting in the control of the oven temperature system, timed cooking operations, and coordinated equipment performance during operation. The 12-terminal connection pattern provide 12 connection points for the internal wiring of the system.
