The Pitco PP10210 Gas Fryer Transformer is an electrical component that converts incoming 120, 208, or 240 VAC power to a 24 VAC output for compatible control circuits in the commercial kitchens. Rated at 40VA and measuring 7-3/16 inches in length it features two mounting holes for secure fitting within the fryers electrical compartment.
