The Anets P8904-50 GS Gas Thermostat is a component is used to regulate temperature of gas griddles with temperature range of 200°F – 550°F. With a 3/8” FPT gas inlet and outlet, this thermostat has a 36” capillary, 3/16” bulb 11 5/8” length to provide accurate readings. It has a black print 2-1/4 inch dial for temperature control, and 7/8 inch shaft length for correct fitting. Design specifically for grills and griddles, it helps to enhance the cook chamber and thereby improving food quality and productivity making it a useful tool in kitchens.
