The Ultrafryer ULTR12A021 Gas Fryer Blower Motor works by drawing air into the burning chamber to ensure the oxygen-fuel ratio is at the proper level to start the heating. This rotary motion causes a fan blade to force a constant flow of air through the burner assembly which supports the proper transfer of heat during the process. The unit is attached to the standard kiln housing at the bottom of the appliance and directly to the primary power leads. This two-voltage part is used in 115V or 230V to suit various kitchen electrical systems.
