The Ultrafryer ULTR12C644 Pump/Motor Conversion Kit is designed to convert and operate the pump/motor assembly of commercial fryer for oil circulation and filtration. The kit is designed to attach to the cooking oil-moving part of the motorized pump during cooking to create the filtration pathway. It is often fitted into the oil handling system of the fryer, with the motor and pump assembly mounted in the pump/filter compartment of the fryer for easy access to the oil handling system. This conversion kit is designed to assist in replacing pumps and motors or make changes to the fryer configuration in compatible fryer models.
