The Ultrafryer ULTR18A276 Probe Temperature Leads Tan Wire is a temperature sensor part used to measure the temperature of the internal oil in an internal combustion engine that uses an RTD sensing element in order to alter the electrical resistance to changing temperatures. The probe is put in the fryer vat or other sensing area where it is exposed to the cooking oil. The RTD sensor forwards temperature readings to the control system, where temperature can be monitored and regulated. These indicators enable the fryer to switch heating parts according to need.
