The Ultrafryer ULTR24A232 Inlet Vacuum Hose 14-1/2" forces the suction through a vacuum line connected to the vacuum line to remove trapped air and residue in the fryer hose assembly and directs the vacuum flow through a controlled inlet opening that provides access points to service. It works by closing the inlet pathway when in use which enables the airflow to be controlled through the hose interface to ensure that the vacuum passage remains constant when in use. It is mounted in the fryer hose vacuum line assembly to assist in cleaning and maintenance access points.
