The Uniworld UM20FB Aluminum Beater Paddle is a mixing attachment designed for compatible 20-quart commercial kitchen equipments. It install onto the mixer shaft where the paddle rotate to blend and mix ingredient during food preparation. The aluminum construction and flat paddle design allow the attachment to work through batters, dough mixture and other prepared foods by providing consistent contact with the contents of the bowl.
