The Univex S25005073 Dough Spreader Contactor is an electrical power controller that allows the energising of an internal coil that opens or closes the circuit by pushing contacts. When the contactor is switched, the current is enabled to pass to the dough spreader motor and other parts connected to it. It is fitted in the electrical control compartment of suitable commercial dough spreading equipment. The assembly is connected with the main power supply and internal control wiring. It is applied in dough-spreading machines in which electrical switching activates or deactivates the motor operation in automated dough-handling processes.
