The Unox K0H2012A MM Bakertop Hood Condenser Kit condenses the steam produced during the operation of the oven by passing the vapor into the hood system and changing it into water using the condenser assembly. The unit regulates moisture and vapors produced during cooking to regulate exhaust emissions of the oven chamber. It is a component of the ventilation and condensation system that is used to treat steam that is emitted during baking cycles. The assembly is combined with internal ducting, water connections and hood components and condenser kits are applied in commercial bakery ovens to control the discharge of steam.
