The Uniworld UWDUBT223 Dolly 60QT 80Qt and 140 QT is a mixer bowl carrier that supports the bowl base on a support frame mounted on casters. The bowl is transported in an upright position by the dolly. It fits in 60, 80 and 140-quart mixer bowls that fit in commercial kitchen mixers. The frame is positioned at the bottom of the bowl and it spreads the weight of the bowl on the caster base. It is applied in foodservice preparation rooms where mixing bowls are moved between positions.
