The Uniworld UWDUM-60DJ Dough Hook is a machine that is used to knead large amounts of dough by rotating and folding the ingredients together in a 60-quart mixing bowl. Its hook is spiral in shape and effectively stretches and compresses the dough so that it is uniform throughout the mixture. This is designed to be used with other compatible 60-quart mixers and can be attached to the hub of the mixer, where it will fit and operate smoothly throughout the commercial baking process. It is in bakeries or foodservice kitchens, where the dough preparation phase is automated, automating the kneading process, but keeping the mixing continuous.
