The Uniworld UWDUM-80FB Beater Paddle Aluminum is a mixer that rotates around the bowl and scrapes the sides and bottom of the bowl to mix ingredients. Its aluminum structure enables it to retain its shape when working with large batches in an 80-quart mixer which ensures uniform mixing of dough, batter or any other mixtures. This paddle is fixed to the beater hub of the mixer and is placed in the middle of the bowl, where it will cover the entire bowl during use making it ideal in commercial kitchens and bakeries that require a heavy-duty mixing system.
