The Uniworld UWDUM-80WW Wire Whip 80 Qt Stainless Steel 8.66 LB is the rotating mixer that uses a series of wire pieces in the contents of the mixing bowl. During the running of the mixer, the wire structure circulates mixtures and adds air. It is fastened to the shaft of the planetary agitator of commercial mixers of 80-quart capacity that are compatible. It is associated with the mixing attachment system that is applied to blending light mixtures. The whip is attached to the mixer by means of a normal mounting hub.
