The Uniworld UWDUM30DJ Dough Hook 30 QT. Regular mixing is used to produce flour by rotating the ingredients together, attracting them to each other with the curved surface. The hook maintains a consistent kneading motion as the dough is drawn around the bowl surface as the mixer spins. This is a component mounted to the planetary shaft on the inside of the mixing bowl in a 30-quart mixer. This is compatible with the typical mixer systems and is connected with the drive system and bowl to keep the mixture in constant motion during the mixing cycles.
